Requirements
Brigil is currently seeking a Community Manager in the Gatineau-Ottawa area under the supervision of the Director of Apogée Luxury Suites :
- The main responsibility of the Apogee Community Manager is to oversee the complete management of the building under his responsibility, including;
- Responsibility for creating, maintaining and promoting a vibrant living environment that meets the high standards of the Apogee division;
- Contribute to the leasing of units;
- Contribute to the retention and renewal of tenant leases;
- Responsibility for the management of customer experience coordinators / rental agent and any other employees or subcontractors at the property (security, public area cleaning, etc.);
- Financial management and control of expenses
Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer service on a daily basis;
- Manage move-ins and move-outs and preparation of units for new tenants;
- Receive and act on emergency calls (available evenings and weekends);
- Organize events and activities for the tenants;
- Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations established by management;
- Responsible for the bidding process; cost analysis and purchase orders;
- Quality control of services offered by suppliers;
- Involved in the follow-up of accounts receivables;
- Performs all other related duties as requested by management

Qualifications
Education required
Post-secondary education required
Work experience
Minimum 2 years experience in community management or equivalent

The candidate will be required to live in a unit in the project under his / her management (discounted rent).
