Business Development Manager
MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.
Our client is a leading national provider of Energy & Power solutions and they are looking for a Business Development Manager to build relationships and sell solutions into Construction and similar industries across Ontario.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Hunting sales experience in industries such as Electrical (Manufacturer or Distribution), Construction, Exterior Design etc.
- Business Development focus coupled with a strong Account Maintenance background
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience selling based on performance, not price
- Ability to take initiative a true Hunter
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be energetic and have a positive attitude
The ideal candidate will have existing BDM experience, electrical knowledge, is a hunter by nature, and lives in the GTA, but all strong applicants will be considered!
COMPENSATION :
- Base salary plus Quarterly Bonus 130-140K OTE
- Company vehicle - Mid-size SUV
- 3 weeks vacation
