Who we are :

Located in Kelowna since 2005 we have been manufacturing exterior bi-folding glass walls and windows and shipping them across Canada and the USA.

Our simple goal is to provide practical and hassle-free solutions at a reasonable cost with 100 per cent client satisfaction.

We are looking to grow our network of dealers across Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA and are seeking an individual to grow with us.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the territory
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers
  • Maintain business relationships with existing customers and maximize sales
  • Work independently to help drive new business
  • Establish business relationships with dealers and vendors
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
  • Attend industry trade shows conferences and events

  • Prospecting for new business
  • MS Office Applications, specifically Excel, and Word, and internal systems
  • Networking and Trade Shows
  • Oral and written communication

Performance : You have in the past :

  • Grown a territory and existing accounts
  • Flourished in a small company environment that is continually changing and growing
  • Created and implemented an individual sales plan
  • Dealt with top decision makers and multiple decision makers

Front of the Line : If you have the experience :

  • 3 years plus outside sales experience
  • Understanding and technical knowledge of folding and sliding doors
  • Sold to dealers and managed a dealer / distributor network

Education :

Minimum High School education.

Compensation :

Competitive base salary plus bonus and tremendous earning potential with the ability to earn well in to six figures is why we want to speak.

We expect the successful candidate to earn a minimum of between $100,000 to $130,000 in the first year and well beyond this in year two.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
