TheProject Services Coordinator will :
- Assistthe PRoject Services and BIM / VDC team in providing support servicesfor various established BIM / VDC tools(models / schedules / estimates / documents);
- Conductresearch on innovative products and performtesting;
- Implementinitiate and monitor BIM / VDC tools on constructionsites;
- Structureand address project data at tender operations and claimphases;
- Assistwith quantitytakeoffs;
- Coordinatormodels oversee the coordination process ensure model capabilitymodel types and modelinteroperability;
- Implementand administrate common data environmentplatforms;
- Teachand audit to ensure compliance with standards and managementplans;
- Distributetasks as required to members and specialists within the ProjectServicesTeam;
- Providetraining support and service related to the coordination of data onthe collaboration platforms and othertools;
- Optimizemonitoring tools for departmentmanagement;
- Otherduties asassigned.
Requirements
- Degreein Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Experiencein site operations submissions and projectcompletion;
- Understandingof construction workflows in the civilfield;
- Knowledgeof BIM / VDCprocesses;
- Masteryof the ACC platform isrequired;
- Interestininnovation;
- Basicmodeling softwareproficiency;
- Programingskills (PowerBI PowerQuery) considered anasset;
- Knowledgeof Microsoft OfficeSuite;
- BilingualWritten and oral fluency in French andEnglish.

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Experience in siteoperations, submissions and project completion; Understanding ofconstruction workflows in the civil field;
- Knowledge of BIM / VDCprocesses; Mastery of the ACC platform is required; Interest ininnovation; Basic modeling software proficiency;
