Overview
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
LFL (lflgroup.ca) is seeking an experienced, professional Senior Financial Analyst, based out of our Home Office (401 and Weston Road, Toronto).
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, detail-oriented individual with a high energy level and a positive attitude to work alongside us in this in-office role.
This position reports directly to the Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, while also supporting the Finance Management Team and Senior Leaders at LFL.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a financial analyst, possesses a collaborative work style, is flexible, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple deliverables to ensure tight timelines are met.
Key responsibilities :
- Perform in-depth variance analysis on a regular basis, and strategic analysis of the Company’s compensation structures and plans
- Support the annual financial planning process, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus prior periods, plan and / or forecasts
- Help to manage all bonus programs and track year-to-date bonus liabilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations and financial reports for compensation and bonus programs
- Special projects as required
