Peoplesoft HCM Developer (ID#4704)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company is seeking an Oracle Peoplesoft HCM Developer to help our client support new and existing Oracle PeopleSoft operations and initiatives in close collaboration with the Internal IT Support Team and HR / Payroll Functional Team.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet the organization's business requirements.
• Customize and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Self-Service, based on stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and technical teams, to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex SQL, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and other PeopleSoft tools.
• Provide expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, advising on best practices and improvements for system functionality.
• Assist with the integration of third-party systems with PeopleSoft HCM, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Offer support for end-users by resolving technical issues and providing training as needed.
• Keep up to date with Oracle PeopleSoft updates and best practices to ensure the system remains modern and efficient.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer working on PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Application.
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet the organization's business requirements.
• Customize and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Self-Service, based on stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and technical teams, to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

The hourly rate range for this position is $55- $85, with the final rate based on consultant experience and fit for the role.
