Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals in the construction sector.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to support workforce planning and development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Skills and Experience :
- HR Expertise : Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner within the construction industry, preferably in high-rise projects.
- Leadership : Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and support management and employees effectively.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and employees.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a human resources role, with a focus on strategic HR practices in construction.
- Education : Post-secondary degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; CPHR designation is preferred.
