Air Exports Coordinator
Focusing the Forwarding industry for worldwide shipments, currently seeking an experience Air Logistics Specialist to join the Export Division.
Reporting to the Director of National Air Freight, the Air Export Agent is responsible for providing support to the worldwide customers and maintaining relations with agents across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Handling customers requests for export needs for Air Services
- Preparing and helping with all export documents
- Coordination between customers and worldwide agents
- Communication with airlines and local carriers
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout Air Export process
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in logistics, air freight operations preferred
- Experience with Dangerous Goods
- Knowledge of customs procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Cargowise is an asset
