Our Client’s the leading Commercial and Residential Real Estate company in Ontario is looking for bright, ambitious professionals to work across their Capital Markets division, specifically within the HOTELS, HEALTHCARE, COMMERCIAL & CARE HOMES.

sector for multi million pound projects in Canada & North America.

Service lines cover transactions, financing, valuation and consultancy and the opportunity exists to gain experience in all disciplines.

The team is currently managing a multi billion portfolio but however there are ambitions to grow this significantly. This role provides the opportunity to get in at the beginning and be part of a growing market leading team.

Primary Objectives

  • Supporting more senior members of the team in delivering exceptional client service.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of North American Markets
  • Build and manipulate DCF models.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and be confident in formulating presentation and report writing skills and the ability to research, analyse and present complex financial data.
  • Be presentable and considered in all interactions with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and with fellow employees as part of a transactional or project team.
  • Highly motivated to develop a career within real estate capital markets HOTELS, HEALTHCARE, COMMERCIAL & CARE HOMES.
  • Those with an entrepreneurial mind-set will be well suited.
  • Burgeoning sector which offers the candidate the opportunity to grow as the sector does
  • Clients include developers, investors, lenders and operators.

  • Excellent Academics
  • Degree / Masters Degree Educated, desired subjects : Economics, Finance, Property ( : minimum)
  • Strong excel modelling skills
  • Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player, self motivated and driven
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Passion to carry out first class work
  • Professional Qualifications (not a necessity, can provide on the job) RICS, CFA, ACA
  • Ideally have demonstrable experience in real estate private equity, real estate investment or real estate investment banking
