We are the largest office for Manulife Wealth in Canada with over 8B in retail client assets under management and part of Manulife which has 1.

4t under management. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.

This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

The candidate will work alongside an experience advisor and have learning opportunities as well as an insight into future career paths.

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in related role or in outbound cold calling.
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Compensation will vary based on quality of candidate and experience. There will also be target based bonus Compensation.
