6monthcontract.
FullTime 37.5 hours perweek.
Weekday schedule : rotational shifts from 8 am to 8pm.
Hybrid work model except forthe 2 weeks of training which will beonsite.

Responsibilities :
Provide firstinclass service to our customers / brokers by supportingbilling telephone inquiries in a professional timely and courteousmanner.
Investigate and resolvediscrepancies in collaboration with our brokers and underwriters onbillingrelated matters.
Act asCompany Ambassadors by assisting inbound insurance / claims inquiriesfrom customers ensuring accurate and efficient triage to theappropriate team for furtherassistance.
Communicate clearlyeffectively and empathetically to customers through telephony andelectronic means (email) resolving issues and describing variousprograms / services available to ourcustomers.
Interpret and identifycustomer needs responding appropriately andprofessionally.
Systematicallyobtain relevant information to provide seamless interactions withour customers when supporting theirinquiries.
Take ownership ofcustomer relations through service and commitment to followthrough.
Handle a minimum of 70calls per day; high achievers will handle 100 calls perday.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Experience in customer service.
Experience in call centerenvironment.
12 years ofexperience in a contact centerenvironment.
Ability to multitaskin a fastpaced space.
Quick toadapt to an evolving surrounding.
Professional telephone / email talent andetiquette.
Proficiency in wordprocessing.
Proficiency inExcel.
Proficiency in variouswebbased programs.
Proficiency inWindows applications.
Clear andconcise supportive communication and interpersonalskills.
Evaluate and addresscustomer issues with strong problemsolvingabilities.
Excellent telephonemanner and communication skills.
Bilingual French knowledge is anasset.
Attendance and punctualityareimperative.
