They have engaged ROSS ( www.getROSS.com ) to search for a Senior Business Analyst, Help Desk / Service Desk Expertise - CONTRACT .
ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.
The Senior Business Analyst - (3 Month Contract) will be responsible for setting up large, enterprise level service desks internationally .
Requirements :
Ø Experience documenting both functional and non-functional requirements
Ø Bachelor degree (or higher) in relevant business administration program or equivalent experience.
Ø 5-10 years workingas a Business Analyst.
Ø Experience documenting both functional and non-functional requirements
Ø Experience with setting up large enterprise level service desks internationally
Ø Proven experience in the methodologies, processes and procedures associated with service desks (i.e. ITIL)
Ø Experience with corresponding software / hardware requirements (i.e. helpdesk ticketing, workflow software
Ø Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
