Description de posteStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Valid class 1 or class 3 license is required Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. $32.19 per hour, after 75 working days the wage will be $35.75 per hour Secure, long-term employment Competitive wage and benefits package Training and development Opportunities for advancement Overtime available

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain the Tandem Tandem Boostaload Mixer efficiently.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of mixed materials.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
