At Q Engineering, we’re looking for a proactive Sales & Development Coordinator (Co-op) to support our sales team. You’ll get hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, pipeline activation, CRM management, and reporting—while working in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree / diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing .
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold emailing and client outreach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools ( Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation Documents : Build and maintain prospect databases; track engagement.Client Outreach : Contact previous and potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.Lead Activation : Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and document sales progress.Data Entry & Reporting : Organize sales data using Microsoft tools and generate reports.Market Research : Analyze industry trends and sales strategies to identify new opportunities.Why Q Engineering?
