About Our Client

Our client, located in the downtown core is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager for their private equity office.

The Finance & Administration Manager will oversee all office functions including but not limited to payroll, bookkeeping, analysis, benefits tracking, administration, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with Ceridian for semi-monthly payroll
  • A-Z bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Manage benefits / tracking, research of new benefit providers
  • Project management
  • Office oversight

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a similar capacity
  • Experience in small office environments
  • QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • An innovative, dynamic personality, who is always looking for improvements
