Our client, located in the downtown core is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager for their private equity office.
The Finance & Administration Manager will oversee all office functions including but not limited to payroll, bookkeeping, analysis, benefits tracking, administration, etc.

Responsibilities
- Interacting with Ceridian for semi-monthly payroll
- A-Z bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Manage benefits / tracking, research of new benefit providers
- Project management
- Office oversight
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a similar capacity
- Experience in small office environments
- QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- An innovative, dynamic personality, who is always looking for improvements
