Sales Director

Rize HR is working with a well-known developer in their search for a Sales Director.

This role would work with the Senior VP, Sales and requires someone fairly experienced knowing Disclosures, Real Estate Act and working with lawyers to conveyance the deal upon completion, prior to key handover.

The Sales Director's basic duties include but are not limited to :

• Provide support to the Senior Vice President Sales the sales head office team and sales site teams as directed by the Senior Vice President of Sales
• Assist the team in the tasks and duties of launching our new communities and or additional Phase launches and the closing tasks associated with our homeowners move-ins.

This may require weekend work and hours outside of the normal office hours.

• Assist the Senior Vice President with the preparation of Disclosure Statements and Purchase and Sales agreements for our upcoming communities, keep track of the necessary amendments required for each community.
• Assist the Senior Vice President and marketing with the preparation of floor plans, features, site plans, landscape plans, etc necessary for community brochures.
• Arrange financing packages from our preferred lenders for each new community and update the rate cap as necessary.
• Arrange sales and marketing team visits to competitor sites, compile brochures, pricing, promos, deposit structure, realtor commissions, etc and update our competition binders
• Keep lists of upcoming competitor projects and timing of launches
• Assist the Senior Vice President with acquiring and mentoring sales staff for our sales communities.
• Provide opening information document for new communities
• Assist the Sales Administration Manager with the planning and implementation of the sales team training, motivational events and sales employee appreciation events.
• Assist in preparing reports required by the Senior Vice President as necessary
• Any other duties as required from time to time to enhance and further your role by the Senior Vice President
