Scouten & Rogers represents clients in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, family law, estate litigation, administrative law, professional discipline and tort litigation.

Chantler & Company represents clients in a variety of areas including civil litigation, public interest litigation, employment law, commercial litigation, and administrative law.

Position Offered

We are hiring an associate lawyer to work with both firms in our busy litigation practices. As a successful applicant, you will have :

• 1-4 years’ experience with a focus on civil litigation
• Strong work ethic and academic achievement
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients
• Experience in court and in examinations for discovery
• Ability to work independently, with oversight and mentoring by senior counsel

Compensation

Our compensation model involves a base salary enhanced by a generous performance-based remuneration structure. At 85 billed hours per month, compensation for this position will range from $95,000 to $150,000 per year depending on the level of experience of the successful candidate.
