Burgoo Bistro is a local, award winning, comfort food restaurant with four locations in Vancouver. We have been committed to comfort food and quality service for over 20 years! We are currently seeking a professional Lead Server candidate to contribute to the continued success of our exciting team.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills :
- Going above and beyond guest expectations
- Working all FH positions and providing oversight in our fast-paced dining room
- Complete knowledge of food, beverage and wine menu
- Staff mentoring
- Uphold standards, policy and culture of the bistro
- Preferable experience in supervisory f&b position
