Riipen is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Team. In this role, you’ll be working with our Campaign Managers, Employer, Academic, and Project Partnerships teams to help manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns that bring more schools, employers, and strategic partners to Riipen.
Your work will help grow Riipen’s ecosystem so more students and learners can use our platform to get the industry experience they need to find jobs they love.
This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of digital marketing experience looking to grow in the field with an innovative and nimble team.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist our Growth Marketing and Digital Partner Manager with Partner Delivery Program deployment and sourcing (landing pages, new and existing lists, retargeting lists to increase matches)
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (includes PPC, email, and social media)
- Support Riipen’s Content Team with A / B testing and SEO Management
- Oversee paid ad campaigns to drive lead generation
- Analyze and report on web traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with Riipen’s Content and Creative teams to create compelling assets
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and suggest and implement process improvements where appropriate
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You may be a good fit if you have :
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
- You have the ability to build and execute successful digital marketing campaigns across email and social media platforms
- You have first-hand experience with self-serve solutions provided by advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, and LinkedI
- You are an excellent written communicator who can craft and edit compelling content and copy
- You are highly detail-oriented and efficient
- You can work independently or in groups and know when to ask for feedback or help
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, manage expectations and work cross-functionally with technical and creative teams alike
Bonus Points :
- Experience using Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and Co-pilot
- Experience in ed-tech
