Job Description :
Our client is looking for someone that is primarily business focused. They will work closely with the CFO and Finance team and will be accountable for the overall success of our ERP migration to MS Dynamics 365 Financials, ensuring that the new system meets the organization’s financial and operational needs.
The ideal candidate is responsible for :
- Business Process Optimization understand current financial accounting process supported by the existing ERP system and identifying opportunities for improvements
- Realize ERP Vision partner with the CFO to help shape the ERP vision
- Ensure System Configuration meets Business Requirements collaborate with IT Teams to ensure that MS Dynamics 365 is configured to meet business requirements
- Data Mapping and Validation - participate and assist in mapping financial data from one ERP to another.
- Testing and User Acceptance
- Training and Change Management assist in creating of training materials and con Post-Migration Support provide ongoing support to business users after migration

Job Requirements :
- BA in Finance, Accounting, Business admin or a related field
- Project management or certification ( PMP ) is a strong asset
- 5+ years experience in business consulting role or in a role as an Assistant
- Director of Finance OR Controller with a focus on Dynamics 365 ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Oracle and MS Dynamics 365 Financials
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable
- Proven experience in leading or participating in ERP migration projects, especially D365
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- IT knowledge including system configuration and data migration nice to have
