Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, have a deep understanding of supplements, and possess excellent customer service and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Work with and train store staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Order products and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Receive stock and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Previous retail management experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of supplements and health products.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary :
Salary is based on experience.
