We're looking for a bilingual (French and English) customer service representative to support dispatch and warehouse staff with inbound and outbound orders.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone and / or email
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Work with customers to resolve shipping requests and order status questions
- Provide updates on shipments
- Booking incoming and outgoing freight
Qualifications
- Ability to stay organize and to prioritize tasks
- 2 years' experience in customer service (logistics / transportation / trucking)
- Experience with TMW, Synergize, SAP and MS Office programs an asset
- Must have the ability to effectively manage time and complete required tasks
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Knowledge of SAP an asset
