Tutoring Customization Specialist with SAT experienceContractor Remote Position

This is a remoteposition.

We are hiring aTutoring Customization Specialist to join our growing remotefirstcompany. Reporting directly into the COO this role will beresponsible to meet with students once they have completed theinitial diagnostic exam that gauges a student s SAT performance andidentifies their strengths weaknesses and areas offocus.

Thisindividual will be expected to transform incoming call leads intoprospective clients by advocating for the initial diagnosis andfollowing through the process to customize offer and sell the idealtutoring plan tailored for each student.

Themain focus would be to get educational consultations agents andschool counselors to refer students to Your Score Booster.

WorkConditions :

• Thisposition will be hired as acontractor.
• Flexible type of contract operating on anondemand basis without a predetermined number of working hours perweek.
• Set hourly rate supplemented bycommission fromsales.

Duties &Responsibilities :

• Review diagnosticexams withclients.
• Handle inperson and Zoomconsultations with potential clients and develop referrals fromexisting clients educational consultations agents and schoolcounselors.
• Answer some incoming sales callsto recommend the client to take an initial diagnostic and generatesales through presentations with potentialcustomers.
• Monitor our sales funnel fordeals expected to close and contact those potentialclients.
• Qualify new business prospectsand build an active high potential prospect list for thecompany.
• Walk clients through the purchaseprocess on ourwebsite.
• Keep accurate reports withrespect to sales and prospects as instructed from time totime.
• Participate in corporatemarketing activities such as conferences home and trade shows andopen house events asrequired.
• Maintain a high level ofknowledge about our services the exams andadmissions.
• Performs other duties asrequired.

Requirements

• Must be selfmotivatedwith high energy and an engaging level ofenthusiasm.
• SAT or ACT tutor who has someexperience in sales OR a salesperson with some previous experiencein SAT or ACTtutoring.
• Able to make excellent sales toachieve performance in alignment with goals andobjectives.
• Excellent customer service skillsinterpersonal organizational and communicationskills.
• Creative teamplayer.
• Computer literate withproficiency using basic programs such as Windows andOutlook.
• Knowledge of retail salesprinciples methods practices and techniques is aplus.
