Tasks
- Providing customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via text and email.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by offering excellent customer service.
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and orders with the purchasing team.
- Ensuring counter order distribution to customers.
- Following up with customers post-sale.
- Collaborating continuously with the distribution team and sales representatives to manage operational issues.
- Managing the accuracy of inventory in the system.
- Assisting the storage team only when necessary (physical tasks).
- Performing any other related tasks requested by the supervisor.

Job requirements
- At least two years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Construction or retail industry experience (an asset).
- One year of HVAC industry experience (an asset).
- High School Diploma (SSD).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other software like Power BI.
- Ability to perform physical tasks when necessary.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken (mandatory), good knowledge of English (an asset).
