Salary range 65 - 70k CAD Principal Responsibilities

• Methodically manage Accounts Payable inbox
• Work collaboratively with Operations group in matching PO-related invoices to receipts
• Route Non-PO invoices for approvals
• Data entry of invoices into Sage & NetSuite
• Assist in tracking of Capex items, prepayments, deposit. Keep track of Pro-forma invoices.
• Review employee expense claim coding and process claims timely.
• Prepare credit card statement reconciliations against monthly credit card statements
• Assist with journal entries and accounts reconciliations at month end
• Assist with payment processing in RBC express.
• Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications, Education & Experience 3-5 years accounting experience Post Secondary education in Accounting Technology or Biopharma industry would be an asset.

Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills : communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills.
