Le Supervieur.e entreposage et expédition planifie, dirige et contrôle les activités du centre afin d’effectuer la distribution des produits laitiers aux agents distributeur selon les besoins et les délais.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :
Applique les procédés et méthodes de l’entreprise et assure qu’on s’y conforme, y compris pour la santé et la sécurité ainsi que pour les dispositions de la convention collective
Gère les activités du personnel sous sa supervision de façon à optimiser l’efficacité et la satisfaction de la clientèle et assurer l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du plan d’action des opérations
Gère les opérations de façon à être efficace par l’analyse d’indicateurs de performance déjà établis (ex. temps de préparation de commandes, réception, cédule de chargement etc..)
Gère l’entretien des bâtisses sous sa responsabilité et procède à l’achat de fournitures d’équipements pour le bon fonctionnement des opérations
Encourage et favorise un environnement de travail positif, notamment en tentant d’améliorer constamment l’engagement et le travail d’équipe
S’acquitte des autres tâches qui lui sont confiées (ex : différents projets, etc.) .
Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :
DEC en gestion des opérations ou logistique ou Baccalauréat en administration ou autre formation relatives
3 ans minimum d’expérience en gestion de l’expédition
Avoir de l’expérience en gestion de personnel, en milieu syndiqué
Être bilingue (français et anglais) car vous aurez à collaborer avec des équipes hors du Québec
