Position : Payroll and Benefits specialist / HR background

3 month contract with possibility for more !

Schedule : 30 to 40 hours per week you decide!

Salary : 70-110k

Location : Ville Saint-Laurent 1 day at the office remote 4 days per week

SUMMARY OF DUTIES :

We are looking for a Payroll / Benefits specialist to join our team for a 3 month contract which can extend or become permanent ! Ideally, you have a solid background in HR, and the ability to assist in the benefits package renewal.

Payroll for 50-100 employees will be done on ADP WFN.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Payroll for 50-100 employees in Canada on ADP Workforce now
  • Lead the benefits renewal project
  • Study and compare USA vs CAD benefits packages, offering suggestions
  • Review RPP plan
  • Take part in the digitization of shared drives
  • HR related tasks including recruitment

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 + years in a relevant role!
  • HR or Payroll certifications
  • English language, with a functional French language (7 / 10)
  • Experience with benefits packages / renewals
  • Experience with ADP WFN a strong asset
