What will you be responsible for?
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs via SMS, email and phone thanks to our system which automates several manual tasks of a broker / agent collecting information, reading consents, etc.
- Work independently no micromanagement to help us deliver outstanding customer experience
- Process policy modifications, renewals & cancellations
- Answer insurance coverage questions and offer personalized advice
- Share your feedback with the team to improve customer experience
- Move up in the company as we grow!
Do you have what it takes?
- You have a valid AMF and / or RIBO certification in Personal Lines Damage Insurance
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- You're a quick learner with an interest in technology
- You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
