Description
- Vendor management to ensure the timely achievement of department goals.
- All preventative maintenance requirement for all systems and equipment is evaluated and documented.
- Deliver on Health and Safety requirements.
- Programs are implemented in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Facilitate and schedule ongoing and open communication with tenants to understand any concerns or needs.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls and support any onsite actions required.
- Manage service contracts, standards and KPIs.
- Excel in customer service, understanding that everyone is your customer.
Requirements
- Must be living in or close to downtown Toronto and able to work in downtown Toronto in an office role.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering strongly preferred.
- Certified Facilities Manager certification is an asset.
- Experience in 3rd party vendor management
- Thorough knowledge of general maintenance procedures, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, etc.
- Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
