• $49,190 Annual Salary
• Full time, Permanent position
• Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in downtown Montreal )
• Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship

• Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off !

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Effectively troubleshoot / resolve telephone / email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Strong English and French communication skills ( Mandatory)
• Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
• Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
• Strong Problem Solving skills
• Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
• Able to work under pressure
• High School Diploma Required
