Assistant Managers direct work during shifts and create great experiences for our guest. They help coach, support and supervise the restaurant.

As an assistant manager, you will utilize and provide directions to your team during their shift to achieve operational excellence.

As well, you will act as a coach and mentor to by using discretion in providing feedback to improve your team’s performance, and effectively recommending employment decisions to the manager
