Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their Canadian immigration journey, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate client eligibility for immigration.
- Offer expert advice on immigration requirements and documentation.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications meticulously.
- Liaise with government entities, representing clients effectively.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years' experience in immigration consultancy.
- Proficient in application preparation and submission.
- In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration policies.
- Exceptional communication and client service aptitude.
- Self-driven with the capability to handle complex cases.
- Preferred : Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Social Work.
- Mandatory : Active membership with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Additional Requirements :
- CICC accreditation is essential.
- MIFI certification is advantageous.
Core Tasks :
- Guide clients through pre-MIFI procedures, including CAQs and CSQs.
- Offer consultations for study, work permits, and other immigration pathways.
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for immigration inquiries.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Canadian immigration law.
- Manage client cases from initiation to completion.
- Act as the primary liaison with Canadian governmental agencies.
- Ensure accurate client data management in compliance with CICC standards.
Skills :
Proficiency in English is required;
French and Arabic is beneficial.

- Independent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
- Adaptability and self-sufficiency.

Employment Details :

- Salary Range : $62,400 - $83,200 annually.
