A career as an Executive Assistant at National Bank Financial involves playing a crucial and strategic role alongside the Senior Vice-President and National Director for Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

You will undertake various tasks related to event coordination, planning, and project management to optimize time and facilitate the achievement of business line and management goals.

Your Role :

  • Proactively coordinate the agenda and emails, and conduct rigorous follow-ups for your team.
  • Organize various meetings with partners for regional directors, ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all logistics.
  • Coordinate and participate in organizing various local and international events for the sales force.
  • Be responsible for all administrative activities such as travel arrangements, onboarding and offboarding team members, managing supplies, and handling expense accounts.
  • Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team, including regional directors and regional coordinators, to improve the administrative functioning of the service and develop internal procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate all ad hoc requests or projects.

This position reports directly to the Senior Vice-President and National Director for Quebec and Atlantic Canada, and you will also support the President of National Bank Financial.

This is a key role in administration, operations, partnership development with wealth management advisors and their teams, and in organizing events for advisors and branch administrative staff.

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of the Finance - Wealth Management sector is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Experience working with a large group of employees
  • Strong leadership skills and a high level of initiative and autonomy
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle urgent situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Languages :

  • Language : French
  • Language : English

Reason to require this language : you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
