We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Townhall Public House, Langley!

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
- Providing leadership and development for the team
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
- Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
- Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
- Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability
Working Conditions :
- Hours and shifts may vary
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Perks :
- Salary to include $12,000-$17,000 in tips, bonuses available, based on targets achieved!

Serving It Right Certification
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a General Manager in a restaurant setting, pub experience considered an asset!
- Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
