Description : The Service Dispatcher accommodates requests for service while coordinating and optimizing the schedules for Service Technicians who perform maintenance and repairs to the Print, Copy, Scan, and Fax Equipment for our customers.
Training will be provided.
Duties :
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers with service / repair needs and ask the proper information gathering questions to create a service call ticket
Enter the information into our E-Automate software
Assign appropriate service technician to each ticket
Order any necessary parts requested by technicians to complete the repair
Check and monitor progress of technicians / repairs throughout the day
Ensure service tickets have accurate call closure information, parts usage, customer meter readings and the correct bill codes for invoicing prior to finalizing
Communicate and interact with customers, service technicians and other employees in a way that is courteous, positive, and professional
Provide a high level of customer service and follow through
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment
Previous work experience in a dispatch or service role is ideal
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and think independently
Basic computer skills are required and an aptitude to learn new programs
High School diploma is required; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Must be able to maintain a professional attitude
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
