As a Client Solutions Manager within Gallagher’s Personal Insurance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, including both personal lines retail and high‑net‑worth households. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering great client service, navigating complex coverage needs, and building long‑term client relationships. You’ll partner closely with carriers and internal teams, ensuring clients receive exceptional support, tailored solutions, and a seamless experience at every touchpoint. This position can be based out of Gallagher's Calgary or Edmonton office locations in Alberta. How you'll make an impact Manage and support a designated portfolio of personal lines and high‑net‑worth clients, responding promptly to inquiries and building strong, lasting relationships that drive retention. Strategically plan and prioritize service activities to meet and exceed service targets, ensuring an exceptional, white‑glove client experience. Analyze accounts at renewal, placing required coverage, re‑marketing when required, and adhering to carrier binding authorities. Facilitate the development of profitable business through effective communication and negotiation with clients, carriers, and internal partners. Proactively identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, generating quality leads and collaborating with Account Executives to bind coverage. Maintain up‑to‑date market and product knowledge, with a focus on high‑net‑worth offerings, industry changes, and evolving client needs. About you 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally within a brokerage environment. Required provincial licenses with a commitment to ongoing management of continuing education hours. Proven ability to attract and retain retail and high-net-worth clients. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a high degree of initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products. Intermediate knowledge of personal lines coverages, with the ability to address a wide range of client questions and assist in identifying insurance needs. Experience managing a diverse book of business. Additional Skills and Attributes: Progress towards or completion of insurance designations. AB Level 2 Insurance license (an asset). Experience in client service, advocacy, and working with Epic software (an asset). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues. Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals. Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and innovative approaches. Friendly and personable demeanour. Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning through education and collaboration.
