Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery processes for projects, including Government Restructuring, Request Management, and User Personas.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and create detailed business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration.
- Develop and implement process improvements for user lifecycle and request management.
- Create and maintain documentation for standards, procedures, and training materials.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including training programs and "champion" empowerment.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications :
The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following educational requirements :
- University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and four-year Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience; OR
- Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and six-year BA experience; OR
- One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and seven-year BA experience; OR
- Eight-year BA experience
