Description de posteDevelop and sustain well-documented, clean code for internal tools Automate manual data entry and ticket management utilizing Python, PowerShell, or API integrations Integrate AI-powered solutions like OpenAI API and LLMs to enhance internal troubleshooting and support workflows Establish connections among our RMM, PSA, and billing systems using RESTful APIs Produce clear instructional guides for the developed tools to facilitate team usage
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or 1-3 years of relevant coding experience
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python or JavaScript
- Understanding of web APIs and how to manipulate data from them
- A creative problem-solver with a hacker mindset
- Must reside in Calgary
