Job description

Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or 1-3 years of relevant coding experience
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Python or JavaScript
  • Understanding of web APIs and how to manipulate data from them
  • A creative problem-solver with a hacker mindset
  • Must reside in Calgary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain well-documented, clean code for internal tools
  • Automate manual data entry and ticket management utilizing Python, PowerShell, or API integrations
  • Integrate AI-powered solutions like OpenAI API and LLMs to enhance internal troubleshooting and support workflows
  • Establish connections among our RMM, PSA, and billing systems using RESTful APIs
  • Produce clear instructional guides for the developed tools to facilitate team usage
