This position’s primaryresponsibility is to manage and oversee all commercial / industrial large / complexemergency and restoration related services provided by BELFOR PropertyRestoration.

In exchange, we ask you to bring :

• Attend job sites to assess damage and providedata to create estimates. Abilities to travel, work evenings on call and onweekends.
• Responsible for large projects, complexprojects, and high-risk / high-profile environments exceeding $500k+
• First point of contact in the field thatcommunicates professionally with all customers, subcontractors, consultants andinsurance company representatives ensure scope of work is being followed as perquoting process to ensure accurate timelines and project budgets are achieved
• Prepare accurate quotations, job costing, andestimates
• Strengthen relationships with all existing andpotential customers through business development and accounts management.

Providing technical explanations and feedback to clients, adjusters andconsultants.

Coordinate andattend after-hours emergency jobs to ensure services are completed as required

Required Qualifications :

• Previousconstruction, restoration or Insurance experience considered an asset
• At least five(5) years of project management experience in insurance restoration
• At least five(5) years of experience with large loss project management in residential andcommercial restoration
• Sales experience in related fields, includingupgrades / changes to existing contracts
• Intermediate computer and / or tablet / iPadexperience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Google Suite,JD Edwards, Xactimate / Xactanalysis experience an asset
• Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines
• Travel 50% of the time
• Criminal RecordCheck
