Senior Accountant | Assurance and Audit Management | Fully Remote (Canada)

The Role :
As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting for a diverse range of clients.
You'll gain broad industry exposure while leading teams, developing your skills, and making a tangible impact across various industries, including high-growth sectors like cannabis and gaming.
Location : 100% Fully Remote Collaborate from Anywhere in Canada
What You'll Do :
Plan, execute, and oversee audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring compliance with IFRS, ASPE, and CAS.
Analyze complex accounting issues, providing solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their financial reporting.
Manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Your Skills & Experience :
2+ years of audit experience, ideally within a public accounting environment.
CPA designation or substantial progress towards it.
Deep understanding of IFRS, ASPE, and CAS, with the ability to tackle complex accounting areas independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client interactions and team leadership.
Proficiency in Caseware, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
