Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Transaction Management Specialist to fill a 4-month contract located in Toronto.
As a Transaction Management Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to :
Administering the compliance and account reconciliations for a variety of funds of low to medium complexity
Preparing financial reports including financial statements and audit schedule lists of fund securities and rollforward totals of fund expenses and income
Ensuring compliance with Internal Revenue Code regulations through the completion of monthly diversification and prospectus restriction testing
Qualifications required for Transaction Management Specialist include :
Experience in financial services
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience using Bloomberg
