Operations Manager
Job Title : Operations Manager for Multifamily Residential Builder
Location : Calgary, AB
Salary : Annual Salary plus Bonus
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of multifamily projects in Calgary.
This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in project management, and experience working for an owner or developer is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of multifamily projects in Calgary, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Provide leadership and guidance to superintendents and project managers
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and analyze project performance, and take corrective action as needed
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities
Requirements :
- Strong background in project management, with experience managing multifamily projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
