Sales Business Analyst
What you will be doing :
- Build, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards in Power BI and HubSpot to support real-time visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, forecasting, and salesperson performance.
- Develop advanced Excel models (including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data automation workflows).
- Analyze sales activities, lead quality, deal velocity, win / loss patterns, and revenue trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity across HubSpot and related systems to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work with Sales Leadership to refine forecasting models, quota structures, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights that guide territory planning, customer segmentation, and compensation modeling.
- Support CRM optimization, ensuring efficient processes, clean data, and adoption of HubSpot reporting tools.
- Partner with Marketing on lead funnel reporting, campaign attribution, and ROI analysis.
- Align with Finance on revenue projections and financial reporting requirements.
- Present insights and dashboards to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Regularly assess reporting gaps and inefficiencies; recommend automation and process enhancements.
- Establish and document best practices for data management, dashboard governance, and analytics workflows.
What you bring to the table :
3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles.Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling.Proficiency in Power BI : data transformations, DAX, dashboard design, and report publishing.Strong HubSpot reporting knowledge, including custom reports, dashboards, pipeline analytics, lifecycle reporting, and attribution.Demonstrated ability to interpret sales KPIs and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management processes, and sales funnel metrics.Experience in B2B, technical, or scientific services industries.Familiarity with additional BI / analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) is an asset.Background in forecasting, revenue operations, or sales enablement.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Why Join Us?
