About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Business Operations Specialist to join us in person. This multi-faceted role is crucial to the daily operations of Floqer and requires someone ready to manage various aspects of business operations, primarily customer operations, marketing support and finances.

Responsibilities may shift based on evolving business needs and the unique skills you bring to the table. This flexibility is essential to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced environment like Floqer.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Managing and improving customer operations to ensure seamless experiences
• Supporting marketing efforts that drive our growth and reach
• Overseeing business operations, with a strong focus on financial management and reporting
• Day-to-day business operations
