About the Role :
Job Title : Engineering Manager.
Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Support Engineering leads and facilitate engineering team meetings : daily standups, planning meetings, retrospectives etc.
- Motivate Engineering teams to predictably execute on time and at a high quality level on highest priority items.
- Manage dependencies and stakeholders from other parts of the game team.
- Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Proactive risk management and mitigation.
- Create, update, and present status and information to team and leadership team.
- Identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.
Must Haves :
- Minimum 2 year’s project management or game production or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year technical experience, writing code or equivalent experience
Location : Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Salary Range : The salary for this position is between CA$ 85,000- CA$ 105,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
