Our mission is to create a safe space that empowers individuals to embrace their authentic selves, guided by an exceptional all-female team through a transformative photoshoot experience.

About the Role

As our Community Engagement Specialist , you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our online community, and assisting with videography and content creation on an ad hoc basis.

You will be responsible for engaging with our audience across various platforms, ensuring a positive and interactive experience for our followers, and assisting with video editing and content production as needed.

This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can handle real-time interactions and contribute to our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to direct messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally across all social media channels, Google, Yelp, etc.

Monitor and engage with community posts, including sharing and reposting relevant user-generated content.

Manage and curate our social media stories and video content, ensuring they align with our brand voice and engage our audience effectively.

Assisting with ad creation and publication.

Develop and maintain a strong presence within our community, fostering relationships and encouraging active participation.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support new initiatives, campaigns, and strategies.

Assist with video production and editing to create engaging content for our social media platforms.

Analyze community engagement metrics and provide insights to improve our communication and outreach efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our community management and content creation approaches remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably within a digital or social media context.

Strong skills in videography, video editing, and content creation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (with Spanish being an asset).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Team player with a collaborative approach to working with different departments.

Passionate about women’s empowerment and photography.
