E1 Experience in providing administrative support services*
E2 Experience in providing client services
E3 Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook

AEX1 Experience in providing financial support services. *
Includes but not limited to : processing invoice and requisitions for payment and other financial transactions, entering and extracting information from a financial system, budget tracking or forecasting, acquisition card reconciliation, petty cash, managing financial documents.
AEX2 Experience providing Senior level officer Administrative support services .
Senior level officer is defined as but not limited to : President, Director, Manager, Chief
