The Opportunity
This is a highly visible role within Primary Health Care Services. Reporting to the Manager, Primary Health Care Services, this role will focus on developing and maintaining internal roadmaps, plans, and initiatives, while ensuring alignment with eHealth’s strategic priorities and direction. What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Manager, Primary Health Care Services, you will :
- Develop, maintain, and oversee integrated roadmaps for Primary Health Care (PHC) services, projects, and initiatives aligned with approved priorities.
- Translate PHC operational and digital priorities into sequenced plans, milestones, timelines, and interdependencies to support effective execution.
- Support annual, quarterly, and ongoing planning cycles under the direction of the Manager of Primary Health Care Services.
- Coordinate work and manage dependencies across internal teams and eHealth partners to ensure alignment with approved roadmaps, priorities, and sequencing.
- Monitor progress against plans, identify risks, issues, or deviations, and escalate concerns to the manager with analysis and recommendations.
- Support leadership decision-making by providing planning analysis, dashboards, reports, and briefing materials.
- Continuously improve planning, roadmap, and coordination practices by identifying bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
A degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences, or related field, or equivalent education / experience such as Project Management Professional (PMP).Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering strategy and analysis in complex, integrated technical environments.Demonstrated experience developing and managing strategic roadmaps, plans, and internal initiatives.Proven ability to coordinate work across Business Analysts, IT delivery teams, and internal and external stakeholders.Strong understanding of IT solution delivery lifecycles, strategic planning, and business analysis practices.Ability to translate high-level strategy into cohesive, actionable, and measurable plans.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.A strong reputation for integrity, service excellence, and customer focus.Highly developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic communication skills.Demonstrated leadership qualities that foster diversity, collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Ability to assess future goals and risks and develop comprehensive, multi-year plans.Commitment to continuous improvement, performance measurement, and organizational accountability.Experience in healthcare, Primary Health Care, or clinical IT environments is considered an asset.As one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers we offer :
