The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role within Primary Health Care Services. Reporting to the Manager, Primary Health Care Services, this role will focus on developing and maintaining internal roadmaps, plans, and initiatives, while ensuring alignment with eHealth’s strategic priorities and direction. What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Manager, Primary Health Care Services, you will :

• Develop, maintain, and oversee integrated roadmaps for Primary Health Care (PHC) services, projects, and initiatives aligned with approved priorities.
• Translate PHC operational and digital priorities into sequenced plans, milestones, timelines, and interdependencies to support effective execution.
• Support annual, quarterly, and ongoing planning cycles under the direction of the Manager of Primary Health Care Services.
• Coordinate work and manage dependencies across internal teams and eHealth partners to ensure alignment with approved roadmaps, priorities, and sequencing.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify risks, issues, or deviations, and escalate concerns to the manager with analysis and recommendations.
• Support leadership decision-making by providing planning analysis, dashboards, reports, and briefing materials.
• Continuously improve planning, roadmap, and coordination practices by identifying bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
