Job Description

Location
Hybrid – a mix of remote and in‑person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.
Reporting and Focus
The Program Coordinator reports to the Manager, Undergraduate Office and provides front‑line advising for current Bachelor of Commerce students. Responsibilities include accurate delivery of information about academic requirements, deadlines, resources, and university and faculty procedures and policies. The role also offers administrative support and business‑planning insights to senior staff, undergraduate programs, and courses administered through the office, while advancing the University’s commitments to access, community, and belonging.
